Yes, all of our employees must pass an extensive background check to work for our company.

2. ARE YOUR CAREGIVERS INSURED?

Yes, all of our employees are insured and licensed in accordance with state law.

3. HOW SOON CAN YOU START?

Almost immediately! Within 24 hours we can have one of our licensed professionals assess your situation, get an understanding of your needs, and assign a personalized Caregiver who can be there for you on day one.

4. ARE THERE ANY TRAINING REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR CAREGIVERS?

At Happy@Home Healthcare, our Caregivers are trained extensively to handle any clients. We are proud to be one of the industry leaders in ongoing training. We provide online and mandatory in-person courses, which not only provide ongoing training and support through courses and webinars, but offers our Caregivers the freedom to attain certifications in a number of diverse training areas.

5. WHO WILL I MEET AT THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Depending on the schedule, you will likely meet with one of the Administrators or our registered nurse. Through this free evaluation, we will create the care plan that best suits your needs and answer any other questions or concerns that may arise.
